AUGUST - Thursday ?? (pending)- This will be a review of current inner ear hair cell research - as it was presented at the recent Alexander Graham Bell Association's national meeting. This meeting date is pending until we confirm funding for CART services from Travis County DHHS.

March 25th, Thursday - Our main speaker will be Dr. Doug Sladen (UT professor) to update us on his cochelar implant research involving adult speech understanding. Jenny Burson (CI user) will discuss CapTel services via the internet. If there is time, we will also discuss the new Nucleus 5 processor and upgrading (for implant users with a device from Cochlear Americas).
